Colorum Taxi Status: Active

Going to and fro in the city makes you see highlights of what’s going on in the city. While I was walking Guzman St. going to the mall, I noticed something not hard to see, it was a taxi.

Not just any taxi, A green plate numbered taxi was zooming in my may. Taxis are not that hard to recognize, because each Davao City taxis has their own respective colors.Dispite how the LTFRB & LTO  advised them to recolor their cars to the proper color, many still refused.

New car type taxis has at least P1,000.00 pesos in boundaries(or rent) to their operators, old ones can range P800.00 below.

According to LTFRB, these green plated taxi's(otherwise known for "colorums") have lasted for many years. They were given 180 days' to register at LTO and changing their plates from green to yellow.

I noticed also another thing, if you are a newly registered car, then you should have at least put the year registration sticker on the plat, but I did not see any of that. So whatever their excuse may be, they still have to register at the LTO.

These taxi's also drive fast, like were running away from something. They are always cautious and vigilant( hadlok madakpan ug men in black(LTO)).

Davao Motorist Still Abusing Speed Limit

Speed Limit
We saw what happened to a PUJ "Uso-Uso" with Route "TORIL" bound for Davao city proper.

The PUJ  was over speeding along McArthur Highway and collided with a forward truck. Reason was, the PUJ  was also trying to overtake on a big truck.

The driver said that it the truck was big enough to block his view ahead of him. He took the opportunity to overtake by road stealing on counter traffic, but to his demise, a truck was fast approaching against him and they collided.

The accident took 7 lives including that of a pregnant lady, and some student going off to school.

Enraged, the mayor  re-introduced the speed limit law throughout Davao City premises. Limiting  to 30kph limit. Any caught violating the law shall be punished.

But then again, we can still see motorist rushing their way to in fro inside the city.

Former Mayor  and Currently Vice Mayor Rody Duterte, has inducted a new team called "Eagle Squad" that will be responsible for eyeing speed abusers.

Well sometimes we can see them posting anywhere but, speed chasing? I don' see that very often. I see them chasing after "payong-payong" where motorcyles with sidecars with matching umbrellas, but to private vehicles? Eagle Squads should double their actions upon these  abusers. According right below:

Green Rally in Support for the Mayor

People anticipated only one event today and that is the rally in support to Davao City's Mother, Mayor Inday Sara Duterte. Mixed cultures and religions joined as all ears were given to the Hon. Vice Mayor Rody Duterte as he gave a very untiring speech, despite all the uncensored curses that you've heard and of course the ever so popular "Dirty Finger". He said, It is my constitutional right to express my feelings, so what's up with this "M****R F*****G F****R.

There were many supporters who joined in congesting themselves in the limited space of Rizal Park. Police as well as the 911 medic teams were posted in terms of trouble and emergencies. I heard one of the workers say  they all agreed to end work early for the day in order for them to participate in the event.

When you go about the city today, tomorrow or even after, you will see green ribbons hung up on stalls, taxis PUJs and even private vehicles to show support.

Even Jose Rizal expressed his emotions.(Rizal's pen killed the Spaniards) Green for Go, Green for Grass, Green for Nature, Green for Green Lantern and Green For Davao City Mayor Inday Sara Duterte-Carpio.

AeroMed: Your Ambulance in the Skies

Yesterday, we were given a task of transporting a patient from a hospital to the airport, and will be flown from Davao to Manila where she will be brought to a respected hospital there. I, said to myself maybe one of the respected airlines would be giving a special seat to our patient. I thought our patient was able to ambulate and thought that she will be seating on the front seats of the plane, but no, she was bedridden. How can the she be transported if she is in that state.

So there we were, rushing to the airport going straight to the cargo road(maybe she'll be tucked inside a box or something, maybe not). The plane was waiting for us, a private plane of course.

Enter the AeroMed staff, wearing black uniforms(wait doesn't that scare you of people wearing black might take you life? Grim Reaper Anomaly) Anyhow, there were three of them, a physician, a nurse and an (I don't know what's he's profession was because I didn't ask him) person.

I ask myself we really do have an air ambulance although they are manila based. A peeked inside the plane and yes, the setting was that of an ambulance. They have more stuff though than what you find in a typical Philippine ambulance.

I asked our team leader how much would it cost for this type of scenario, because he was talking to them about their work. He told me that it would cost up to almost relatively close to a half-million Pesos on just a package, not to mention that they fly 100 plus flights a month. That is a lot for a common person(lets just stick to herbal medicine). Of course the patient was rich and their family can afford the cost.

For us who doesn't seem to have that kind of amount, let's just try to be healthy although there are times where it is inevitable or unexpected things happen. Go Herbal! PM me if you want herbal books, maybe I can sell you one.

So that's how it is, if you can afford to send your patients to a top ranking hospital anywhere in the RP, maybe AeroMed can help you.

Cyber Comment Wars: Davaoeños vs Non-Davaoeños

Long ago, at least 6 days ago, in a city situated in the far South of the Philippine Country located:

7°3′52″N 125°36′28″E / 7.06444°N 125.60778°E - 7°3′52″N 125°36′28″E / 7.06444°N 125.60778°E.

Davao City Mayor Sara "Inday" Duterte, boxed her way out of stress...blah blah blah.... blah blah blah. To make the long story short, she landed multiple hits and blah blah blah... and blah blah blah...

The good part is that the incident triggered an anomaly throughout the vast universe of the "www.". At least many blogs, forums and columns write their own specific state of mind on the matter. The left side says it was wrong of her to "Take The Law Into Her Own Hands"(Like Batman does, mostly not in public places though.). And here comes the right side whom really supports the City Mayor's doing. Specifically if you've read the articles and after you read the comments, you can separate Davao People from Th Non-Davao People. It's a game of offense and defense really, and its not that hard. People are harder.

And here we go with the start of it all, "Comments" the nasty world of human comments. It's more powerful than guns and armor, according to what our national hero did, he stabbed and hacked the Spaniards using a pen(Wait that seems wrong), anyways He defeated his enemies by writing letters, news, poems and songs.( If there was a blog at those time, maybe Rizal made a lot of followers, including Juan Luna.).

"Comments" found at the very bottom of every article being blogged or written. This was a place staged for many battle grounds for words and wisdom, and many even used quotes in their plans. One of the wars were the articles of Davao City's Mayor Duterte. Ever since the incident happened, many battles and wars were forged out of hate and love. People are people, human nature is is used elaborately on useless quells. Some resort in talking dirty and using nasty words just to let out their feelings.  Love and Peace people! Why can't you get that!?

Anyways, wars are still going on under the senses of the media, well, maybe, the media stalks and sniff's their noses out for stories. Has even reached the news by now.

So, it's either we love or hate. Go Green!(Out of Bounds) Segregate your garbage! And what am I talking about??

It's A Start for Me.

Well as the title goes "It's A Start". Oh no! Not another crazy person blogging about his/her opinions, photos and videos not to mention some descriptive analogy crap! That's not what I had hoped in mind, but, nevertheless nice suggestion though I may apply that sometime between now and...never I guess. Well let's not get our hopes up really, it will be as any blogs out there minding their own crappy business.

I really can't handle what I hear and see everyday so here I am, starting my own blog just to have a keepsake on what's bothering me and giving me headaches or chills everyday or week or month.

It's nice to blog and stay as a blog. " Nobody move! I'm a blogger, I'll blog all your moves!" Hahaha, It's not funny as its it but you'll get the picture.

And so as to no further ado (Did I write it right?) Have Fun reading and spamming comments and adios Amigos! Not until another post of course.
